Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our product, Any item that is the wrong size, has a defect in the shirt, has a defect in the print quality, or if you would just like to exchange for a different product instead. You may contact us at 405-340-7546 or email us at 1punch@sbcglobal.net for information on how to return your product. If the product is defective and you would like to just send a picture of the defect, it may save us both time in shipping products back and fourth and a new replacement can be dropped in the mail and we will pay to ship the product back to you.
Refunds Most all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued on a case by case basis and are not promised or guaranteed as they will be left up to our discretion on each individual situation, we are open to hearing your issue or story, but in general, most sales are final and non refundable. While we strive for quality and satisfaction we are not a huge box store and do not have the human resources to institute a refund for any reason policy. I hope you work with us and as we grow, perhaps one day this policy will change.
Shipping
To exchange your product, you should email us at 1punch@sbcglobal.net to schedule and coordinate a return of your product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
